On orders where delivery costs are chargeable we strive to ensure these are reasonable whilst offering a reliable, secure service.  For the vast majority of our products the cost of delivery is between £3.99 and £9.99, dependent upon the size/weight of the item and the location of the delivery address. 

 Postage surcharges apply to some locations such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands.  For this reason your final delivery costs will be calculated for you on the checkout page once you have entered your delivery address details.

 All TV’s over 32” are delivered by a Specialist TV Delivery Company which takes a little longer and does cost a little more – however it is worth it for the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your TV will be delivered safely by experts.  Please note large TVs can not be delivered to some remote locations.

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to seven days following the day you receive the product by:

Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you have received with it.

If you follow the steps above you will receive a full refund of the product price and any delivery charge paid. This will include the cost of return postage, which we will arrange. Products received back damaged will not be accepted.

If the product returned is not complete, an appropriate deduction will be made to the refund. This deduction will be reimbursed if the missing parts/accessories are returned at the customer’s expense, within fourteen days.

Refunds will be issued to the payment card or PayPal account that the original payment was made with.

 

Sale of Goods Act 1979 & The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 

 In addition to our enhanced returns policy as detailed in the “7 Day Money Back Guarantee”, all of our selling policies and procedures are of course in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

We therefore offer returns on products up to 14 days after receipt. To qualify for this, the product must be complete and in 'as new' condition ie. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you have received with it. For products that have been received eight to fourteen days earlier, you will be required to return the product at your own risk and expense. A courier service that can be tracked online, should be used. Assuming this is all complied with, upon receipt, a full refund will be given including the original postage charge.

 

Faulty Goods

 The Sale of Goods Act 1979 states that a consumer is deemed to have “accepted” a product after a “reasonable” period of time. Like many retailers, we deem a “reasonable” period as thirty days. After this period, any faults will be dealt with under the warranty and returns/refunds will not be accepted.

If there is a fault with your product within the warranty period, your product will be covered and a prompt repair or exchange will be arranged (at our discretion or that of the manufacturer). You will have the option of an exchange (subject to stock availability), or a full refund if the fault occurs within thirty days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

The warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

 

Damaged Goods

Please note that if your item arrives with the packaging damaged then you must sign for the item as “not checked”.

 Please inspect any items, particularly TVs, within 24hours of receipt as damage claims reported after this time will not be accepted.
